I am truly sorry for the truck drivers situation. My mother also was afflicted with ALS and her suffering was awful to watch. But we didn't expect the taxpayers to help her out. It's hard enough to make ends meet for ourselves than to have to help others. There are programs out there to help in this situation. The Muscular Dystrophy association can provide assistance. Gov't has screwed up everything they've touched their hands on so far, why would you think National Health Care would be handled any differently? Blind.

I really appreciate the input I see on this bulletin board but I think we are all missing one important issue concerning Mr. Obama's push for healthcare, Cap and Trade and the so called "Jobs" bill. He doesn't really care about any of those things. His only concern is that he and the Democrats gain enough leverage over our lives that we will no longer enjoy any of the freedoms we have taken for granted for so long. Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
